Weddings

We plan wedding transportation around your timeline: getting-ready locations, the ceremony, photos and the reception. Couples choose the S-Class or Escalade ESV for an elegant getaway car, the bridal party travels together in the Sprinter Limo, and guest shuttles between hotels and venues run on our 30 and 40 passenger mini buses. For wedding dates we recommend booking two to three weeks ahead.

How evening pricing works

Event service is booked by the hour so your chauffeur stays with you. The S-Class and Escalade ESV are $175 per hour with a three hour minimum. The Sprinter Limo is $225 per hour and the party limo bus $325 per hour, each with a four hour minimum. Specialty vehicles are request to book: you see the price online and our team confirms availability before payment. Gratuity is at your discretion.

How far in advance should I book for a wedding or gala?

For weddings and major event dates we recommend booking two to three weeks in advance to secure your preferred vehicle.

Can the chauffeur wait during dinner or the event?

Yes. Evening service is booked hourly, so your chauffeur remains on standby near the venue for the duration of your booking.

Do you have a limo for larger groups?

Yes. The Sprinter Limo seats up to 12 with wraparound seating, and the party limo bus seats up to 30.

How much does a party bus cost in Scottsdale?

Our 30 passenger party limo bus is $325 per hour with a four hour minimum. Gratuity is not included.

Can you shuttle wedding guests between hotels and the venue?

Yes. We run guest shuttles with Sprinters and 30 or 40 passenger mini buses on a timed schedule.

Can I extend my booking on the night?

Yes, subject to availability. Additional time is billed at the same hourly rate.

Is gratuity included in the price?

No. Gratuity is not included and is always at your discretion.

Do you serve State Farm Stadium and Footprint Center?
