Our story

Built for people whose time matters

PV Black Car began in Paradise Valley with a simple observation: the people who live in and visit this part of Arizona expect the level of chauffeur service found in the world's most exclusive cities, and they rarely found it here.

So we built the company around certainty. Every reservation has a fixed price before it is booked. Every airport pickup is tracked against the actual flight. Every chauffeur is background-checked and bound by a non-disclosure agreement. Every vehicle is cleaned before every trip.

Today we operate from our office on North Scottsdale Road with a fleet that ranges from the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Cadillac Escalade ESV to Sprinter vans, mini buses and a 56 passenger Prevost coach, so we can move one guest or an entire conference with the same standard of care.

PV Black Car is a brand of Robinson Fleet LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. All transportation advertised under the PV Black Car name is provided and managed by Robinson Fleet LLC, which is responsible for every vehicle, chauffeur and reservation.

Our reservations team is reachable around the clock by phone and email, and every booking is confirmed in writing with the passenger, trip, vehicle and price, so there is always a clear record of what was agreed.

Airport transfers use fixed zone fares and hourly service uses a published hourly rate with a minimum per vehicle. The price is shown before you book. There are no airport, after-hours, holiday or mileage surcharges, and gratuity is at your discretion.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Arcadia, Chandler, Carefree, Cave Creek and the wider Phoenix metro area, with long distance transfers to Sedona and Tucson on request.

Are you available around the clock?

Yes. Reservations and service are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50%, and no-shows are non-refundable. The full policy is on our service policy page.
