Fixed airport fares, explained

Every PV Black Car airport transfer is priced as one flat fare based on the zone of the address you are traveling to or from. The fare is identical in both directions, it includes your chauffeur and vehicle, and it does not change with traffic, time of day or flight delays. Gratuity is not included and is always at your discretion.

  • Zone 1: Downtown Phoenix, Tempe and ASU, Papago Park and the Sky Harbor hotels.
  • Zone 2: Old Town Scottsdale, Arcadia, the Biltmore and Camelback corridor, Ahwatukee and west Mesa.
  • Zone 3: Paradise Valley, central Scottsdale, Kierland, Scottsdale Airport, Chandler, Gilbert, Desert Ridge and Glendale.
  • Zone 4: North Scottsdale (DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Grayhawk, Troon), Fountain Hills, Carefree, Cave Creek, Peoria and Mesa Gateway.
  • Zone 5: Outer Valley destinations such as Desert Mountain, Rio Verde, Buckeye, Maricopa and Gold Canyon.

Tips for a smooth airport pickup

  • Add your flight number so we can follow your flight and adjust the pickup automatically.
  • Count your bags and golf or ski equipment when choosing a vehicle. The Escalade ESV carries six suitcases; Sprinters carry far more.
  • Book departures with time to spare. Most travelers plan to arrive at PHX about two hours before a domestic flight; your chauffeur will suggest a pickup time based on your address.
  • Traveling with children? Add car seats when booking so they are installed before we arrive.
